To me the ability for someone not familiar with the set up would find renewing a listing a bit of a treasure hunt. I wonder if there is a way to make it more obvious? Am I missing something?
Right now you have to go to your user dashboard and go through your listings to see what is expired.
This is the default message you get via email:
“If you wish to renew your listing, simply login to your member area and renew it.”
I’m wondering why there isn’t a direct link to where you can renew?
There has to be some better more clear and easy instruction at least.
What if someone has 300 classified listings to go through? It just doesn’t make sense this way.
I’m wondering what suggestions there might be to improve this.
