    To me the ability for someone not familiar with the set up would find renewing a listing a bit of a treasure hunt. I wonder if there is a way to make it more obvious? Am I missing something?

    Right now you have to go to your user dashboard and go through your listings to see what is expired.

    This is the default message you get via email:

    “If you wish to renew your listing, simply login to your member area and renew it.”

    I’m wondering why there isn’t a direct link to where you can renew?

    There has to be some better more clear and easy instruction at least.

    What if someone has 300 classified listings to go through? It just doesn’t make sense this way.

    I’m wondering what suggestions there might be to improve this.

    Hi Kathy,

    I have set a task for this to be looked at, if possible we will add a direct renew link in the email.

    Yes, I’m pretty sure this was in V1.
    I’m wondering if for now there is a code that can be used in that notification to at least direct someone to their user dashboard. Thank you for looking into it in meantime.

    New email template tags added.
    – [#renew_url#] clean renew url
    – [#renew_link#] renew link with anchor tag
    – [#upgrade_url#] clean upgrade url
    – [#upgrade_link#] upgrade link with anchor tag

    It will be in next release of Pricing Manager.

    It’s funny you should write me about this as I was just thinking about this issue when I heard the email arrive!

    Now still hoping for the claim listing to be able to be required again in the form like in V1. I really hope.

    Hello Kathy,

    I have applied patch on your site(dev3).

    Now you can test email template tags mentioned at here #484869
    You can set tags in notification message from GeoDirectory > Settings > Emails > User emails > “Pre expiry reminders to user” / “Post renew success email to user” / “Post upgrade success email to user” / “Post package downgraded email to user” / “Post expired email to user”
