Multi-Select Custom Field Option Values translation

    Hello,

    I am looking how to translate the Option Values of a Multi-Select Custom Field using WPML. This is the string:

    {optgroup}Club|Roses Tapas Club,Roses Gourmet Club{/optgroup}{optgroup}Campanya|Dijous Tapa,Roses Paellas,A Roses arròs,Ruta Tapes 2018{/optgroup}

    I am following the steps in this doc:

    1) Execute GD Tool “Load Custom Fields translation”.

    2) WPML scan Geodirectory plugin.

    3) The string “{optgroup}Club|Roses Tapas Club,Roses Gourmet Club{/optgroup}{optgroup}Campanya|Dijous Tapa,Roses Paellas,A Roses arròs,Ruta Tapes 2018{/optgroup}” does not show in WPML String Translation when searching it.

    Please provide a URL to the custom field settings for the CPT along with the name of the field.

    I followed the steps again and it worked for the field, but I don’t yet see the option values.

    Search for “Campanyes” in WPML string translation again to see the field.

    I have flagged this for the developers to take a look.

    Then, do you mean that I do not have to look for the full Options Value string but for its individual strings n WPML String Translation?

    That is:

    Instead than for string “{optgroup}Club|Roses Tapas Club,Roses Gourmet Club{/optgroup}{optgroup}Campanya|Dijous Tapa,Roses Paellas,A Roses arròs,Ruta Tapes 2018{/optgroup}”

    I have to look for strings:

    “Club”
    “Roses Tapas Club”
    “Roses Gourmet Club”
    “Campanya”
    “Dijous Tapa”
    “Roses Paellas”
    “A Roses arròs”
    “Ruta Tapes 2018”

    There are options in the profile to change language and editing language.

    Try it with those switched over from English. It works for me when I choose Spanish.
