Multiple Directories Possible

I do use GeoDirectory for my basic Business Directory and it’s great. I started looking for a good page design for my restaurant directory pages and my hotel pages. Although I found some very nice themes, I am using Avada so I can’t change themes. I looked at various plugins but they are more to create menus than to have a directory.

My question is, first, is it possible to have multiple directories because I would want the page to show the same as the main page Business Directory, but it would only be for restaurants or hotels? Secondly, would it be complicated to create categories for only the restaurant guide, like American, Chinese, Italian and so on, and also have it searchable by breakfast, lunch and dinner?
