My GD Map cannot locate the places

Hi Admin,

My GD Map cannot point the correct location, no matter what address I put in.
I am not sure if any setting of mysite goes wrong.
I shared the temp wordpress admin account to you in the below message.

BTW, if I would like to upgrade the Supreme theme, is it purchase GD Framework and upgrade?

Is it possible to control the user role who can add new place? Use other plugin or I have to upgrade an advance version? Please advise.

Hi Spencer,

You need to purchase the “Location Manager” addon https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/ if you need to use more than one city/region/country in your directory.

Hi Kor,

I set the address in Hong Kong.

For example 2 places are added with the Hong Kong address below:
-Galaxy Factory Building,San Po Kong, Hong Kong
-Jordan Station, Hong Kong

However GD map doesnt work even in the same city.

Please provide an address that is causing error and we will check.
Presumably it is outside of the city boundaries according to Google Maps.
