    I have started a topic here for this (https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/rating-only-one-time/page/2/) 1 review/user i think is better to have accurate evaluation for a place or event, i have try the option in Review Setting – Limit 1 Review / User / Post- ENABLED , but this option block also Enable user comment on reviews? and Enable author comment on reviews? so if you can fixed this will be great, to have 1 review in place/events and also to have the chance to comment the review of other.

    This is considered a feature request and we don’t add those automatically.

    We only add new features if they are requested by a large number of members.

    Hi Paolo,

    need to know why when i enable this option Limit 1 Review / User / Post disable 2 other option, Enable user comment on reviews? and Enable author comment on reviews? , no need any to create new features in this case.

    Andi, Reply button not there when you enable “Limit 1 Review / User / Post” option because we are removing the comment form for that particular user once the user left a review. So displaying reply button will make things complicated.

    Hi Giri

    sorry if i ask but… in what sense the things will be more complicated ? Give someone the opportunity to comment on a negative review about a place or event, one user could express a negative review which may be an issue to be discussed by commenting on his Review

    I’m talking about the complication in development. It requires code refactoring to achieve that layout.

    understand, but is possible to add the simple section of wp comment ?? after the section of review , i will try it just tell me where can i find the code of the reviews in place and events , what file i have to edit.

    You have to modify code in two files

    

    wp-content/themes/geodirectory_whoop/functions/reviews.php
wp-content/themes/geodirectory_whoop/reviews.php
