    Hi there,

    I tried your test site and clicked on the “Contact” form using Internet Explorer 11.

    I still receive the same failed loading. I took a screenshot and attached which is basically just a black screen with little bits of stuff showing around the container box. I also opened the version of Explorer I was using for your reference. If I can help with anything else please let me know as it is important this issue is resolved.

    Hello,

    Currently, our popups are not IE11 compatible much like huge plugins such as Elementor.

    We will be changing our HTML framework to bootstrap soon which in theory supports both IE11 and IE10 but none of our team even has the ability to test in IE11 currently.
