I followed the instructions from the GeoDirectory Ninja from V2 video for adding a button to the sidebar. If there the listing has an email the button will appear and the email address will not appear.
I have tried all available options in this video, and the Ninja forms button is not appearing. We are using V2 GD plugin and Supreme Directory Theme.
Our main goal is to mask the email address on the listings. We were using Direscoty Starter at as our theme back in July before we changed to the Supreme directory. The email address were masked with “Submit Inquiry”. I would prefer to use this method over a button.

If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply, along with a link to a page where the Button should be appearing.
Thanks

I added a new email field with key ’email’ and the Submit Enquiry buttons shows fine on the test listing.

Since I had changed the Standard Field or Predefined Field “Field Key” to something other than “email”, the Ninja from wouldn’t work. I had used for example compmay_email instead of “Email” – this would cause the Ninja for to not work.
Do I go back to our Custom Post Types and change all the Standard Field and Predefined Field to an Field Key to “Email” or just add one that has the Field Key set to “Email”? We have more than one type email being used in our Listings; Company Email, contact email, ect..
February 17, 2020 at 9:37 pm #530864Alex,
I just created a test company. The button appears! Thank you!
I sent a previous email, I know to remove email from different locations. How would this Ninja from work with multiple emails for each listing or can it? Especially since we have a lot of companies with multiple emails.
Well, I guess it doesn’t matter, I just tried to enter a new Standard Field, and there can only be 1 Field key with “email”.
I guess we will have to only use 1 email address per Listing/Profile?
February 17, 2020 at 10:15 pm #530885It only works with the field with the key ’email’
To make it work you will need to use the GeoDirectory Contact Form template because it contains a special hidden field.

February 17, 2020 at 10:20 pm #530891I’m assuming you mean he “GeoDirectory Contact Form” form template?
“Open the Ninja Forms menu in WordPress to “Add New” to see the list of Forms that come with Ninja Forms. In the list you will see the “GeoDirectory Contact Form”.
Only the “GeoDirectory Contact Form” form template comes prepared with the hidden field necessary to make this integration work. The form you create must use this template, as shown here:”
