No records found error ONLY on home page map

Hi, Stiofan — I don’t think we were necessarily running out of date plugins, but we wanted to renew everything when our yearly subscription renewed. My earlier post was worded poorly.

My more techy colleague tried to troubleshoot server permissions on the map issue, and even though he followed all the suggestions you gave (including deleting BuddyPress), the problem persists.

He did notice that popups on the map weren’t working if someone was logged out of our site, and traced that to a “brute force” security feature that we’d previously enabled on our site because of some bot hacking issues. But fixing the popup errors didn’t fix the map issue.

Any additional thoughts? Thanks for your work on this.
