Not getting 'Claim Listing Requested' email

    Hi GD guys, I didn’t get a ‘Claim Listing Requested’ email notification.
    I receive other notifications though.
    I’ve seen other posts in forum about this but can’t find a solution.
    Shall I give you admin details?

    I may have solved myself but I can’t be sure…
    Previously I hadn’t marked ‘yes or no’ for the section Auto Approve claim listing in attached pic
    Now checked as no…

    Hi Leigh,

    Thanks for your post. To troubleshoot email notification issues, you can always start by installing an “Email Log” plugin. Then try claiming a listing and see if any emails are being sent out.

    Hi @Kor,
    I used a dummy login to claim a listing and didn’t get an email notification but the claim is in my GD>listing claims
    Is there something else I can try?

    Thanks for your reply. Did you check with an “Email Log” plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ and see if the email is being sent out? Let us know how it goes.
