    Hi Paolo,

I have set GD/Design/Listings/Listing Default Status to Draft to enable me to moderate the entries that are being added by end-users through the front-end.

However I don’t get any notification that they have published their entry (to draft state) even though I have Notifications/Listing Published BCC set to Yes.

Is there anyway to get a BCC notification that a front-end entry has been published to Draft state?

    Thanks
    BHugh

    Hi,

are you getting any other notification? For example, when someone registers on your website or a comment is left in a blog post. If you don’t get any notification, there could be SMTP problems.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Yes, I get BCC email notifications after the User Registers, and a BCC after a Listing is fully published by upgrading from Draft (by me in the back-end).

    Hi,

In GD>notifications>admin emails>Post submit success to admin email, you have the notifications for new submissions. It works for both draft and published listings.

If you are not getting that email, please provide a URL and admin credentials and we will follow up.

    Thanks,

    hi,

I installed email log plugin and did some tests. Both listing submitted notification and listing published notification are being sent by wordpress, but your mail server isn’t delivering them.
    (neither one, draft or published.)

You can check in Tools >> Email Log.

I’d forward this support request to your server admin. He should be able to chech the mail server logs and tell us why the emails are not being delivered. however I believe that you could fix this with a SMTP plugin. You’ll find plenty of topics about this in the forum: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/search/?bbp_search=smtp

Let us know how you went,

    Thanks,

p.s. I left my test events in draft status
