Is there any way I can output a list with latest listings submitted by the logged in user? And the total number of them?

    Hi George,

Unfortunately, we don’t have such widget or feature available in our plugin. But it’s definitely a great idea to have that, so please go ahead and add it to the feature request using this link https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/ .

    Thanks!

That is what the dashboard widget is for.
    Or am I misunderstanding?

    Well, I got busted.

Actually, Buddypress is such a pain in the ass for a non techie person like me and I thought I’ll find a way to output at last the total number of listings created by the logged in user to use it with Ultimate Member or Peepso.

I did not mention Buddypress, did I? 🙂
I mean the GD login widget that links to the author page.

No, but that’s why I was looking for a way to output the users listings count, or the last added listings. To have a little more than no integration between wpgeodirectory and Ultimate Member or Peepso.

And I didn’t asked directly as both plugins seem here “plugins non grata” in comparison to buddypress.

p.s. that could be done with the gd_listings shortcode: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listings

You’d just need to get the current user ID via PHP and pass it to the shortcode (must be done via template and the do_shortcode(); function)

    Thanks

Ok, so you’re building your own membership plugin? That’s big news. I don’t intend to use Peepso or Ultimate Member but a not so clumsy alternative to Buddypress.

I’ll try your advice for the moment and hope to hear soon about your members plugin 🙂 Thanks.
