Paolo Admit you people are unprofessional and without any ethics

    Hi Paolo,

    This is good that you have no dare to speak on truth and inability to admit your false.

    Instead of confronting on the logical points you have closed the thread and not allowing to discuss on further shows how unethical your act is.

    If you auto debit without intimating others regardless of if they want your service or not then everyone has right to call the charge backs. (which is not mentioned anywhere upfront while buying the support and pls. do not tell that go to terms and condition … as if everyone goes to terms and condition then 90% of total Ecommerce would stop in 1 Sec.).

    As per my understanding that you have right to confront if any charge back is asked and you have time to reply if the charge back was unethical and wrong. If we got the charge back and that shows your process was unethical else international card / Bank won’t entertain our claim.

    But money is very small thing which would have paid again as we have used your service and Truly saying we are supposed to pay you if we have used your service.

    But not answering to the issue and closing thread raise million dollar question on ur intention.

    Now i presume the next step of your will be closing/debarring our account from further asking logical and ethical questions.

    We have purchased the theme and paid to you. Question was on core theme … if you dare then answer that our claim for core theme is wrong.

    Hi again,

    I don’t have to confront you on anything, we are not forced to provide support to non customers who treated us unfairly in the past.

    Your last membership renewal was originally acquired on February 28, 2018. On June 16, 2018 you opened a dispute with your credit card company, claiming that the charge made to your credit card was unauthorized.

    They took the money back from us and costed us $20 on top of it for the charge back. Meaning so far you have been a cost for us.

    While you are still using all our premium plugins on several websites.

    You are a dishonest person and you have some guts coming here claiming that we don’t have ethics.

    p.s. without the location manager you cannot have that URL structure (you can try if you want), so your support request is for a premium plugin that you have to pay for.
