    Dear support team,

    while checking my error_log.txt file I found the following error:

    P.S. If you state I need to upgrade to the latest GD.v2 then I am not able to do this until you also offer a coupon voucher addon for GDv2 as this is a business case related the main addon in use.

    The site works for the moment (very slowly, but that is a server issue), so I am not sure what you want us to check.

    I don’t understand this either. You have access to all V1 and V2 addons in your account.

    Please send us details where we can see any fatal errors, and login and FTP details in a private reply if there is anything we need to check.

    Hi Guust,

    nice to get back to me.

    The error can be found in the file public_html/wci/error_log.txt
    The ftp and login details will be stated in next private message.

    The server is running slow as I have disabled all cache (wp supercache, cloudflare external cache and autoptimize) to be able to investigate further.

    It is meant that I need to proceed with GDv1 as well with corresponding v1 themes. I am unable to upgrade as the addon gtvouchers (not from GD) is a core key point in our business approach to let entrepreneurs issue voucher deals and promote those within their listings.

    Hi Alex,

    Admin credentials are now working. I checked and found that wp-content/plugins/geodirectory contains files/folders from GDv1 & GDv2 both versions.

    Please download GDv1 and replace /geodirectory/ in plugins directory. Let us know how it goes, also tell us how to replicate error from our side.

    Hi Kiran,

    I’ve re-installed the GDv.1.6.38. I guess this comes from WPML admin access while the were investigating the problem that the german language loads in much higher page load amount. Therefore they made an upgrade of all left plugins and I had then to downgrade the installation using your downgrade option.

    Now the clean old version is installed to proceed further with your investigation.

    Hi Alex,

    It looks like query is from Profit Builder plugin. In GeoDirectory we do not have similar query. Please ask Profit Builder team about this error and let us know what they reply.
