Firstly, all you need extra is the Location Manager addon, but it is your choice if you want a membership that includes all addons.

Nothing new to buy if you use option 2.

changing the name of GD home ( i do not want it on the front page.
If you do not want the start page of the directory to be the homepage of your site, you have no need for GD Home.

But if you want to change the name of GD Home, just change the name as you would rename any WP page, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/

In the Pages section of your WP admin dashboard, you can change the title and the slug of the page.

That’s how it works.
You will automatically have a /location/ page, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#home
that will show all listings. That will be the start page of the directory section of your site.
