Hi guys,
For some reason I have listings showing up from other cities on my archive / category pages.
For example, if I select ‘Manchester’ as my city, and then go to restaurants, I’m seeing restaurants from Leeds near the top (despite being around 50 miles away from Manchester) and even a restaurant from Hull (around 100 miles away) in 6th position.
Can you advise? Is there a default distance from the users selected location, that I can change in the settings somewhere?
Thanks,
DaveSeptember 23, 2019 at 9:06 pm #509854Hello,
Please make sure you are running the latest versions of all GD addons and core. If that doesn’t fix the issue, please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a look at the settings.
September 23, 2019 at 10:16 pm #509876Hi Alex,
Thank you. Over been meaning to ask actually…
I get notified from my server that there are updates available. When I first login to my WP admin, there’s a notification on my plugins to say there are updates available too but when I go to the plugins page to update them, the option to update them disappears. Would you know anything about what might be causing that?
Thanks
DaveSeptember 24, 2019 at 8:50 am #509934Ok, I think I’ve worked it out actually. Does WP Easy Updates just keep all the GD plugins up to date automatically?
September 24, 2019 at 1:17 pm #509976WP Easy Updates facilitates the licensing and updates. You still have to press ‘update’, it does not have a setting to do that automatically.
September 24, 2019 at 1:33 pm #509985I understand. The core plugin is currently up to date (20.0.0.67) but most of the addons are not latest versions and there’s no option to update.
Do you know why the option to click ‘update’ disappears when I go into my plugins list?
Thanks,

Also, going back to the original issue, are you able to explore why places and events are showing from other locations?
i.e. Manchester listings showing in Hull
Thanks,
