    Hello,

I have WPGeoDirectory installed (1.6.25) along with BP xProfile Location and BP Maps for Members. I use WPGD for sporting locations, while using the other two plugins to allow users to find other users near them.

However, I believe this combination of plugins is causing my maps to not work (http://footin.com/members/membersmap/) in BP Maps for Members. Additionally, on the user registration page (http://footin.com/register/) the “Location” field used to auto-suggest your location as you typed it.

Console errors are showing: “You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.”

I’ve searched the forums and found you have provided some work-arounds for other plugins.

Could you perhaps do the same for my instance? Thank you so much!

Please renew your membership if you require support for a site with addons installed, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/

Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.

    Thanks

I see that your plugins are out of date.

You will need to install WP Easy Updates to add your licensing and enable automatic updates.

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates

We can take a closer look once the site is up to date.

For the WPGD Add-ons, it’s saying “Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.”

Do I need to manually update these?

    Try refreshing the page.

I can see links to ‘update now’

    OK, great.

So, we have this plugin for situations like this. You install it, and add your key to it, then remove your key from the other settings.

If the other plugin or theme has used the key in “the WP way” then this plugin will load your one key wherever it is needed and resolve a conflict where two plugins are trying to load it at the same time.

    Hello,

there is an ajax error on the BP members map that doesn’t seem to be related to GD.

    GET http://.../wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=kleo_bp_ajax_call&current_notifications=0&current_messages=0 404 (Not Found)

You should contact the theme author about that error.

It looks like you have the ability to clone the site. You might consider setup of a stage/test site with FTP for further diagnosis.

I will flag the topic for the developers to take a look as soon as possible. They will let you know if they require FTP to continue with troubleshooting.
