    I am running a site that is all https. When I enable certain plugins gd-recaptcha, gd-buddypress, or enable the font awesome library in gd-review rating, my urls revert back to http which is causing browser errors.

    I host with wpengine and have had them check the ssl redirect and they state that all pages and files are actively redirecting to ssl unless hardcoded.

    Please advise.

    Thanks
    Here is the issue for the gd-review rating in my browser:
    //Begin Error//
    Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.infoseclist.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://www.infoseclist.com/wp-content/plugins/geodir_review_rating_manager/css/barrating.css?ver=4.4.1’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
    //End Error//

    I am guessing you built the site as HTTP and then changed to HTTPS.
    In that case you have to update all URLs, with a tool like https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/

    Resolved. Thanks. Yes i built originally using HTTP then switched once we were getting ready to go live and require registrations to https.
