Plugins won't update

5 WPGeoDirectory plugins say they need updates in the back end, but they are failing to update. Not sure why? Licence is fine. Wondering if there is another reason why they won’t update?

Hi Dennis,

Thanks for your post. Make sure that you’ve activated the addons using the “wp easy updates” plugin https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates . If that doesn’t help, try deactivating and activating the license keys and see if it helps.

Hi Denis,

I don’t see anything wrong on our side. The license is activated for that domain, so it should work.

What hosting provider is your website on?

If you provide wp-admin and FTP credentials we will have a look.
