.PO files can't be updated

    Hi
    I edit my PO files to change some translation and i compile a new MO file that i uploaded to my server. Now i can’t see the new words that i translate in spite of clearing the cache.

    Most likely the MO file has been uploaded to the wrong folder.

    If you cannot fix it, provide enough details for us to check, which would include FTP details and details of the language string, and WP admin details.

    I’m trying to translate the core to french (by using geodirectory-fr) and it’s work .. but when i modify a small work i can’t display it , My site keep the old one !
    So what do you think

    yeap .. i updated my PO file wuth Poedit tool and i generated the MO file that i uploaded to my server. evrything worked fine but i can’t display the new french word ?

    So how are you uploading the MO file every time if you have some issues with your FTP server?
    cPanel? Those credentials would assist too. There is nothing we can do without checking the files.
