Think I probably have set something up wrong and am hoping you will know what I should do.

On my home page I have:

    [gd_popular_post_view layout=2 add_location_filter=true character_count=0 show_featured_only=true post_number=8 list_sort=random]

    Looks great!e

However, while messing around with GD Booster, etc., I took closer look and appear to have noticed that the little(r) 2-column images actually are the same size as the Detail page’s featured image.
    Am I correct?

They look really good, but am (obviously) taking a hit on load time.

Any suggestion on how to proceed?? I may be grossly misunderstanding something…and it’s about quittin’ time, so probably am.

Let me know what you think.

(I read and aimed for around the following size. Did I “oops”?)
The suggested minimum size for Featured image is 1400×788. See more at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/supreme-directory-overview/

Stiofan provided this before, take a look and see if it meets your need: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/no-thumbnail-use-slow-homepage-load/#post-372561

    Alex…looks perfect!

I have included the code, but don’t yet see any change.

Perhaps I have small image set as full size or something? Can you give me a clue where I would see that?

Or maybe clearing my GD Booster and browser isn’t enough? Any suggestions?

    Wordpress – Settings – Media

It is a CSS ‘thing’ so, dropping the cache is a good idea.

    Seems more code-related than CSS-related?

Yes, buuuuut the images themselves are called by CSS…

You can post your site info here for the developers to take a look if you don’t get it working.
