I tried on the parent theme and whoop and superior/supreme (can’t remember the exist name) anyway Your site says we can select the included page for the static front however that page was never created I need to have a geodirectory static front page. Also I cannot create a post on any other topic because the new topic button does nothing anywhere else but here on three different browsers. I am annoyed and frustratted as I am trying to set up this site for a client and my clock is ticking the website is http://directory.thelemicorder.io/

You can use a static page for the WP Front page, but not one of the GD Pages/Templates. For example, using the Location page; it is not to be used for the front page.

As I stated it says I can use the included homepage, however, that page is not included and I want the basic setup like the demo and I will change the immage behind the search so I need the “included” page I am familar with basic instructions you listed above as I have done wordpress design and modification since 2008. I am currently working on 5 other sites and since your documentation says the demo hompage is included it would save a lot of time if it actually was

The demo homepage is not included. GDV2 does not come with a homepage.

The frontpage link above will give you a default to start from. If you have questions about specific features let us know.

That was not all that helpful. I have NEVER dowmload a and installed a theme that bore 0 resemblence to the theme on the store/website and your “guide” ia zero help as to making the frontpage look like I am actually looking like I selected the whoop theme for it’s functionality and overall aesthetic. When I post here because the whoop part of the forum will not let part there as a matter of fact no other thread will and say that your whoop forum says the demo homepage is included (even I do not have it) I am told No it is not included with no explination of why your own stuff says it is when it is in fact not and no information anywhere on how to make a page that acts and looks like that. Point of fact your block editor is totally foreign and not defaultly intuiative. Now I am sure I can figure it out but I am working on 6 websites and three videos. I am beyond words at how poorly the theme is handled, how the forum is not allowing to post in the proper section and the sheer lack of content relating to theme structre design and why after installing your theme there is less structure than there was with the defauly three wordpress themes

When I use themeforest Elegant Themes, Rocket Themes, ithemes, studiopress, or any other theme I get a clean slate that at least vaguelyresembles what it said the theme would look like why can this not do like every other theme and give me at least what it promised before download Since 2008 I have bought 100s of themes and never once seen this poor handling. I love the functions of the core plugin but the handling of support (Broken forum and zero attempt to actually help me with what I asked for and what is resonable to expect from a promised theme) is disheartning. I said I need it to look and basically function like the demo your site promised the page was included please help the response was here an idots one page “do you know how to create a page in wordpress and select in the clearly marked wordpress section” explination and contained zero information related to designin the page as I needed. Thank you for ignoring of my request and treating me like I am luck I can log into to wordpress.
