    Hello, sorry to ask these in the support forum. I had sent questions via the contact for and did not hear back.

    1. We would like to set up our pricing as 1 listing = $, 2-5 listings = $$, 6-10 listings = $$$. Is that possible?

    2. Can you structure the signup process to have someone pick a plan and signup and then complete listings afterwards?

    3. Is it possible to show other member only content when someone is logged that the general public cannot see? If not do you recommend a membership plugin that works well with your system?

    4. If someone has a home based business and they do not want to show their address in the directory, is there an option for that?

    Hi,

    sorry about that, I saw your email and I’m convinced that I answered, but I find no trace of my answer so here it is again:

    1 no GeoDirectory pricing manager works on a pay per listing model only. 1 payment = 1 listing

    That is something I’ve asked to our developers though and I hope we’ll see it sooner than later.

    2 The payment is taken at the end of the process, right before being published. If they leave the listing page before completing and they come back later, they’ll find the information added originally saved.

    3 No, that requires a membership plugin and some customization.

    4 You can create a listing type without addresses, but they won’t be mixed with listings with address. Or you can ask to those listing owners to only enter the city where they operate as address.

    Hello,

    As a follow up to the pricing. It seems that if you are using the Addon for pricing and franchise it seems to have an option to not charge them again for more listings. Am I interpreting that correctly from the info below I copied from the franchise manager info?

    Would that allow me to create a price package for a franchise with multiple listings.

    “If you are using the Pricing Manager, then you can disable the franchises option for selected price package.
    To do that, navigate to a price package, for example Places > Settings > “Packages” tab and exclude Has Franchise? from the package:”

    Correct, but you cannot limit the number of Franchisees when enabled.

    Thanks Paola,

    Understood. Can I create multiple pricing packages on using that?

    Meaning I want to show a package for 1 to 5 listings or 5 to 10 and price them differently.

    I understand someone can add as many as they want once they signup but I think most people will be honest and most only have so many locations anyhow.
