as I am trying to arrange sort filters, I have some questions need to be answered:
Q 1. Which GD pages (php page and location) do I need to customize where to add my own codings in for own filter arrangements?
e.g. At “add listings” page (for GT submit_listings.php > theme root folder) and “listings search result” page (for GT place_listing.php > theme/library/includes) for customized filter arrangement.
Q 2. How am I able to group filters and arrange them in a group label within tabs or dropdown?
e.g. activity filters (tennis, volleyball, yoga, etc.) then
category filters (Hotel class 1 star, Hotel class 2 star, etc.)
feature filters (smoking allowed, dogs allowed, pets allowed, disabled access, etc.)
Q 3. How am I able to use filters for several custom post types without being forced to add them twice? (An option is needed to enable Post custom filters not only in one Post Custom Field type)
e.g. smoking allowed at “Places post custom type” and at “Events Post custom type”
Q 4. How can I differ display of filters within one custom post type e.g. “place custom field”? (I will only use 3 different custom post types places, events, services)
e.g. Feature filter group – dog friendly, smoking allowed display for restaurants but not for hospitals. (within geotheme PCF management there was an option called “Add Category Tick Filter” to select the categories to choose filter displayed on specific category or sub-categories.
Q 5. How am I able to reset prior setup filters? I mean if a customer has enabled many filters and then get no results. How is the customer able to reset these custom filter option settings to setup them new again.
Q 6. Which are the right URL for category specific “add listings” and “add events” according to the price packages. I need these direct url’s inclusive package ID to enable a overview page with direct Link to the referring listing package
e.g. http://gamma.worldcheckin.com/add-listing for pure GT Listings – ?ptype=post_listing or directly to corresponding price package /?ptype=post_listing&backandedit=1&pkg=25&user_val=existing#enter_listing
