On my site, once you go to Checkout it shows the Billing Details form. As standard, this seems to be full of random letters, numbers and symbols (picture attached). Is there a way to change this as it just looks odd and means whoever is completing the form has to delete the random inputs that are already there to enter their own.

Is there a way to a) clear the data so the forms are blank when they are presented to the user, or b) crib the information that they have entered from their listing on the previous page (name, address, contact number etc).

I have looked on the invoicing plugin and settings but cannot see a way to change this either way.

    Thanks

    Hi Alex,

Yes i’ve cleared my browsing history, cache and auto-fill data and it still shows the same, and on my laptop as well.

This is the URL of the site for the initial stage of a listing (obviously this has to be created before it will allow for the billing details to be shown/ inputted) if you wanted to do a test run see what shows your end: https://www.liverylist.co.uk/add-your-yard/?listing_type=gd_place

    Thanks

When you go to checkout page the billing details will be filled with billing details used in previous checkout.

    Let me explain with example:
    – I added listing and it takes me to checkout page
    – Entered “First Name” = Test & “Last Name” = User
    – Completed checkout page
    – Again added another listing and it takes me to checkout page
    – Now on checkout page the first name & last name will be auto filled from previous values “Test” & “User”

The default billing details updated on every checkout completion.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

Ok so not all users see the same as me? Just I cleared all my checkout details from my history etc and it still shows the same (and I’ve never entered random text in fields before on mine or anny other sites so am unsure of the source!).

So basically if you were to view it as a third party user it just comes up with blank fields, or fields you’ve already completed with your own details- not the same nonsense i see?

    Thanks
