Ratings stars not appearing unless mouse over

Hi, I think this is a bug in the theme. The review stars only show up if you mouse over them. Unfortunately it’s not intuitive. The workflow is:

OPen a listing in the front end
Click on the reviews tab
It shows “rate this place (overall)” Underneath that is a box labelled ‘review text’
The intuitive thing is to click in the box and type something, then click ‘post review’
Then you get an error message.”Please select star rating, you can’t leave a review without stars.”
But you can’t see the stars. There is no visible indication of where you should click on stars – the note ‘rate this place (overall) looks like it’s just a heading.

The normal person would just quit. If you fiddle around with the mouse you suddenly discover the stars show up if you put the cursor into just exactly the right place on the page. I have no idea how many people would figure that out. It took me two reloads of the page.

My suggeston is to show gray stars in the background, they turn gold when you hover over them.
