Recent No Records Found error

    For some reason, I very recently started receiving the error
    “No Records Found
    Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”
    on an individual listing map — /#post_map

    Interestingly, this error does NOT happen on the main listings map. Nor does it happen on the category archive map.

    It only happens on the full place url e.g. url/listing-url-prefix/category/place-listing/#post_map

    I have turned off every other non-essential plugin on that post (place) structure, to no avail.

    WP 4.9.2
    Kleo 4.3.2
    WPGD 1.6.25

    Any guidance what to try next?

    Hey Alex,

    Thanks. Yes, I had gone through the process of saving permalinks – a couple times. 🙂 And the Maps API works, as I have good maps on the other pages, just not the listing details page. I’ll submit credentials and maybe you can see what I might be missing.

    Hello,

    are you somehow hiding menu items?

    I can’t seem to find all the usual bits and pieces.

    Can you provide a full admin with full access?

    Right now we can’t see ‘places’ or edit a listing (just to see the UI on backend)

    Thanks for the info, i made one small change to the map_functions.php which will be in the next release and that seems to have fixed it.

    It’s interesting that it only recently became an issue. And on our other site, we have a nearly identical setup, and this problem never materialized?

    It seems to be a problem when the $post value is reset, it could be man many things doing it, i added a work around in case it is reset.
