Refund for annual billing….

    I purchased the lifetime membership for both the invoicing and GeoDirectory memberships. I thought that would override the annual billing but it did not. I need to cancel those and get a refund for the $119.40 and $45.00 I was billed for the annual subscriptions. Thank you.

    Hi Mary,

    I could only find the renewal for GeoDirectory and refunded it. The Invoicing plugin didn’t renew since Dec 1st 2018. If you have different information, please share the transaction ID for the Invoicing renewal and I’ll investigate.

    I refunded the 119.40, not the 45 because I can’t find that transaction. You canceled the subscription on Oct 31st so it didn’t automatically renew. As I said in my previous reply: If you have different information, please share the transaction ID for the Invoicing renewal and I’ll investigate.

    The refund for the $45 charge is still not showing on my credit card account. Please let me know the status. The charge for $119.40 has been credited.

    Sorry about that Mary, the refund was issued on our system, but it wasn’t initiated on Stripe.com. We had to go and do it manually now. You should get it within a few days.
