Register Pop up & Registration email not sending

I am not seeing anywhere to add reCaptcha to the registration form.

I went to Users WP and there’s no visible form field to add to that REGISTER form.

I tried to ad reCatcha add-on to Users WP set-up but that didn’t work.

I do have GD recaptcha active and set up though.

Also I can fill out my register form, but I don’t receive any activation emails. I checked junk and spam folders too.
