    I am trying to remove the city state and country from the sidebar item.

    Address: Boylston Street, Boston MA 02215
    Beverly <- Remove
    Massachusetts <- Remove
    United States <- Remove

    I tried hiding the span but that hides it all. How can I remove this from the sidebar? Which file do I edit?

    Hello,

    If you are currently using GD Output Locations, then, first find the address custom field in your cpt at

    Places – Settings – Custom Fields – Address – Show in extra output locations -> Remvoe “Detail sidebar”

    Then visit your widget settings and add GD Post Address widget. With that you can use the advanced options to set the template for the address format.

    Well i got this to work using

    span[itemprop=addressCountry] {
    	display: none;
    }

    But I feel this is not the proper way to do this. Any suggestions?

    Hi David,

    Thanks for your reply. Try the method shared by Alex and see if it helps. You can find the “Show in extra output locations” here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#fields
