March 28, 2017 at 10:25 am #370327Yes Giri
Here is a copy of the email my hosting company sent me late last night, which is why I deleted the cron job and the snapshot plugin.
“Hello Tim,
Thank you for your reply and taking action.
We have investigated the issue and the logs shows similar results that my colleague Nemanja provided in his reply.
13787 /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=snapshot-full_backup-respawn_cron&doing_wp_cron=1
We can see the resources of your account were again limited.
===================================================
Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours
CPU resources were limited for your siteYou have reached entry processes (number of simultaneously running php and cgi scripts, as well as cron jobs and shell sessions) limit 13 times
I/O usage resources were limited for your site
===================================================It appears to us that the backup cron setup and one of the plugins that you are using for backup is causing the issue. Can you disable the cron using the cron options in cPanel and the backup plugin to see if that helps to resolve the reported issue? From what we see the snapshot plugin is used for backups and if you are aware about any other plugin you are using for backups, please try to disable it to see if that helps to resolve the issue.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do let us know.”
Regards

I have no idea what suggestions I should give when your resources are limited.
Is your site normal now?

I have just tested full image url in our test server and it seemed to work correctly.
Let me upload the latest GD in your website. That might fix your problem.
Thanks
March 29, 2017 at 12:30 pm #370570Hi Tim,
I have uploaded the latest GD and it seems like it fixed your issue.
Let me know.
Thanks

I thought broken images got fixed after I uploaded the latest gd plugin.
Please transfer all images in ‘wp-content/uploads/sites/119/2017/3’ folder”
That is the expected behaviour. You need to put the images in that folder.

I’m having problem with your hosting from the beginning. Its really blocking my debugging process.
Initially i had problem with cpanel.
But now i’m also having problem with FTP.
To debug the category issue, I need edit GD cat_meta.php source file. I need FTP access to edit that file.
I created an FTP account using your cpanel to connect. But its not working at all. The problem is not with username/password but with the host itself. Its not being connected.
Please contact your hosting support and get me proper FTP access from them.
Thanks
