    Hi there

    had problems importing places data (very slow and file not completing). Getting message “Resource Limit is reached.” I’m told by our hosting company that this is a theme/plugin issue.

    In general the site is also running very slow.

    Your assistance please.

    Hi Tim,

    I guess you are using a shared hosting plan, because there are at least another 112 website hosted on the same server: http://viewdns.info/reverseip/?host=ukhangoutcommunity.com&t=1

    That’s why the website is so slow and also why the CSV file upload is making it reach resource limit.

    ps. w3 total cache isn’t compatible with GeoDirectory…

    W3 Total Cache leaves a lot of files and folders behind if you don’t remove it the right way. Either install it again, disable all caches, then delete all caches and finally deactivate the plugin and delete it. Or access your website server via FTP and delete anything cache related in wp-content (files and folders).

    There is no service nor plugins that will solve your problem other than upgrading to a non shared hosting plan. FYI

    Hi Tim,

    You please update all the GD plugins and see if it fixes the issue? If the issue persists, deactivate all the non-gd plugins and let us know how it goes.

    You will see that message about no automatic updates if no licence key is added on the main site.

    We will be releasing an update plugin soon that will allow updates as normal for multisite.

    As for running out of resources, what is your current server spec and php memory limit?
