    Hi team, are we able to add on a cc email to go out to the reviewer after they have posted a review? Currently only listing owners receive that communication. Thank you.

    More changes are in store once we get some more hard work in on GeoDirectory V2.

    Yes, it is. But my client want to have a better visitor interaction with their reviewers. You had mentioned an email to thank them for their review – is this feasible?

    Hi Joy,

    Reviews are just comments, there might be a plugin that does something like this (not sure).
    OR you could just use one of the comment actions to hook in an send them your own email:

    It depends when u want to send it, on insert ot on publish…

    Yes I did find a plugin, but I had hoped that maybe I could just expand on the notification email that is sent out to the listing owner to include the reviewers email address instead of installing another plugin.

    Can you please tell me where that specific function is? Maybe I can try to figure something out. Thank you.

    The GD email functions will be changing in GDv2, if you really want to send an email now you best bet is to use the WP functions, and in the hook, just call the post email with 

    $email = geodir_get_post_meta($post_id, 'geodir_email', true);
