Reviews Not showing

    Hi there,

    For some reason my reviews aren’t showing. Any test reviews go straight to the comments section in WordPress but don’t show up in the geodirectory dashboard. Once I approve them (in the comments) they still don’t show.

    I have checked that the posts have comments enabled and also the comments setting from within the wordpress settings.

    None of the suggestions in previous posts on this subject have worked. can you please help?

    Thanks for your reply. This isn’t a known issue and could you kindly please share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could investigate this further on your end? Also, list the steps to replicate it along with the URL of the page in question.

    Hi Kor,

    So I found the issue – it turns out that it was this checkbox

    “Disable review stars without disabling comments.” If I disable that then the reviews feed in correctly.

    We didn’t want the stars hence why I had checked the box.
    I’m not sure if this is a bug or if it needs rewording to make it clearer to the user.

    Ideally we want the reviews but without the star ratings. Is this possible?
