    It seems that when I have PHP 7.1 or PHP 7 activated, the search feature does not work.

    Can you please advise?

    It seems to work when I search for “Ireland” as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/engrjm . Could you tell us a little bit more about the problem?

    Hi Kor,

    Thats because I have changed the php version back to 5.6.3 if I put it back to 7.1 the search function does not work. Do you want me to enable php 7.1 so you can test it on your end?

    Also the search results are displaying incorrectly, see attached screenshot.

    I have cleared all caches. Can you please advise?

    I think you’re looking at the wrong section. The search results are below the “Popular Places”. Could you check?

    Ok, i just seen that. I don’t want popular places or latest places to display, i would only like the search results to display, can you please advise?

    Is the plugin compatible with PHP 7.1?

    I think what was causing the issue was a conflict with a plugin I use called Hide My Wp, might be worth investigating…

    Hi there,

    I’ve just checked with a developer and I’d like to clarify that GD plugin is compatible with PHP 7.1 . What’s that conflict about? Could you elaborate?

    Hide My WP
    1.This plugin rewrites the path of your folders and files using .htaccess.
    2.Your searches etc will no longer work.

    That would explain it. There are different levels you can set in Hide My Wp, I have it set to the lowest level now and its working ok.
