Search is not user friendly, how to improve

    User friendly search is THE key feature of any directory site.

    I can’t get mine to work properly. I want a dropdown of categories and a selection of cities

    When I start at ‘ searching for what / zoek naar’ I do get a list of categories, but when I select one , it starts to search immediately, and does not wait for a city to be entered… How to solve this?

    Thanks for your post. Have you tried configuring your “categories” as select category as explained here? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/advanced-search/#select . Let me know if it helps.

    Yes I have now 😉 but is it now possible to hide the ‘ name’ field? That would make it perfect!
