I’m testing the “Send Enquiry” option of this plugin, and first all of, I thought it doesn’t work.
It’s working, but the mails are going to the trash folder of GMAIL (so gmail consider “send enquiry” mails as a SPAM)
    What can I do?
    I attach an image

    Thanks!

    GD > Notifications

    1. Change the subject line
    2. Make sure you send from an email which uses the same domain as the website
    3. Adjust any other text to make your emails unique

    Thanks

Hi, I tried to make my emails unique, I changed subject, from and body but mails are going to the trash folder yet 🙁 🙁

I attach file where you can see mails are really customized

    Thanks!

    Hi Ricard,

Thanks for your reply. Could you share your Website login credentials here in private reply so that we could check your GD setup?

    Thanks

Are you still sending the emails from your gmail account instead of a @esportistes.cat email?
Change that at GD > General tab > Email address.

    Thanks

I changed the sender email to [email protected] but… look at the file I attach… It’s like if the real sender was hostgator??
Could it be a server/hosting problem???

    Look at this image

There is a doc where we present the immediate options available to upgrade email ‘deliverability’ as it is called. Email is a very serious business and in the end the best bet is to use a third party professional service that specializes in keeping your email out of spam folders but you can try the options here that lead up to that:
