Hi there,
I am trying to create some pages with gd_listing_map shortcode on it, e.g. page https://www.besser-bilden.de/suche-privatschulen/
When using any parent category I am receiving a 500 error!
Example:
[gd_listing_map width=100% height=300 scrollwheel=false marker_cluster=1 zoom=7 category=”237″]Category 237 has several children.
When using category 269 (also a parent category) the focus of the map is jumping into the northern sea. 🙁When using [gd_listing_map width=100% height=300 scrollwheel=false marker_cluster=1 zoom=7 category=”288″] everything is working properly so it seems to have something to do with the parent case I’d guess.
Could you please have a look on that?
Regards from Germany,Matthias

Did you import the listings using CSV or where they all added from the website frontend or backend?
There is something strange happening, none of your location URLs are working,
https://www.besser-bilden.de/location/aalen/
should be
https://www.besser-bilden.de/location/deutschland/baden-wuerttemberg/aalen/There is some redirects going on, or some serious caching.
Maybe one of the developers has a better idea what is wrong, but start with de-activating anything that may rewrite URLs.
April 28, 2018 at 9:30 pm #428346Hi Guust,
your first guess does not seem to be valid as the GD-homepage is working under https://www.besser-bilden.de/suche-internat-privatschule/
But, yes, I imported the locations by csv import.Redirection – hm, might be. I had a redirection plugin activated as well as a https-redirect which I just changed into a .htaccess-redirect. Unfortunately, that did not help. Did you switch off me redirection-plugin? It is deactivated at the moment…
The location URLs are like that:
https://www.besser-bilden.de/privatschulen-internate-suche/deutschland/bayern/muenchen/eurokolleg-fachoberschule-muenchen/The URL is defined via your prefix setting under permalinks.
I have no better idea on my side 🙁 – do you??
April 29, 2018 at 12:21 am #428355None of your country or region pages work, see https://www.besser-bilden.de/aaa/
But only your city pages work, although your multilocation, GD permalinks and WP permalinks settings are correct.
Something is re-writing the location URLs.Can you give us FTP details too and we will have a closer look.

Where do I have to change which country names?
Without checking database entries i can’t say.
We need phpMyAdmin access via browser. Send us url to login phpMyAdmin database.
If you have no idea about phpMyAdmin database url then send us CPanel credentials, i will manage it via cpanel.
