Shortcodes not working

We are trying to use the shortcodes in the DIVI theme to be able to better control the layouts. We are entering the SC in the CODE and the TEXT type blocks with not other HTML formatting and are not seeing them shortcode working.

As well we tried your Super Directory theme and the same thing was seen. The shortcodes are not working.

Can you help us figure this one out?

The image tells me there is an issue, either:
1.
Supreme and DIrectory starter not updated: see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/themes/supreme/
or
2.
The conversion had not run yet

If the shortcodes are Literally not working your site still needs to finish the conversion.

Open a GD Settings page and add &do_update_geodirectory=1 to any wp-admin/ url to run it.
