Its not working for him either. So please test and give us the correct FTP details.

I see that you are using GD Booster. Can you try by clearing the GD Booster cache as well as Godaddy cache?
Let me know
January 31, 2017 at 5:17 pm #352721Godaddy cache cannot be disable.
That’s why we keep telling Ron to move to a another hosting provider or at least a normal VPS within GoDaddy
Just FYI
January 31, 2017 at 5:18 pm #352722oh ok
January 31, 2017 at 5:33 pm #352727GD Booster is not active. I was told that it was not compatible with Go-Daddy and I disabled it.
Are you asking me to enable GD Booster again?
As I said in my previous email. They disabled all pluggins – the social icons were still there. They changed themes – the social icons were still there.
Go-Daddy could not find the source of the social buttons that just appeared a few days ago. They appeared about the same time that WordPress was updated. Could these be part of their update?
January 31, 2017 at 5:35 pm #352728Hi Ron,
This question uses the same addthis publisher id your site has.
"pubid":"ra-554ac5c71847b3c2"He also posted the solution.
http://stackoverflow.com/a/41247240/736037
That might be helpful to you.
As far as I know we don’t use any addthis code in our plugin or themes.
January 31, 2017 at 5:38 pm #352729I was browsing your site folders via FTP. I have seen gd booster cache directories.
Thats why I asked you to clear the cache. But it seems like you have already disabled it. So the problem is not with GD Booster.
January 31, 2017 at 6:01 pm #352738Hi we believe its something related to your server and not with our plugin or themes.
You can try this last solution.
Download the entire site folder and search for “addthis”. If you can’t find any file with that string then the problem is coming from your server software itself.
In this case you should either ask your hosting provider to fix your problem or move to a VPS like paolo advised.
Thanks
January 31, 2017 at 7:14 pm #352796I read your articles. Have you searched for a “addthis” script on my homepage?
I know – for sure – that I did not add any script to my website. I know – for sure – that it appeared within the last 3-5 days. I never had the icons before.
Something or Someone added a script to the homepage that caused the social icons to appear.
I request that you look for this “addthis” script on my site and hopefully get rid of it.

January 31, 2017 at 7:21 pm #352800Hi Ron,
we searched everywhere and that script is not within your files.
It must be added via a server hack (like they mention here http://stackoverflow.com/a/41247240/736037). Only GoDaddy will be able to assist you there.
Thanks
