I have installed and make all settings in social importer, but there are two problems:
Add Listing or add event – Import Details from Social – only work with administrator. When an author klick on Import Details – nothing – when he refresh the page – he would be logged out.
The Listings doesnt show in facebook or Yelp

Your token has expired it seems, your setting might not be complete (Paolo understands this better).

Your options in the custom field have to be HTML characters
http://www.ascii.cl/htmlcodes.htmApril 19, 2015 at 5:46 pm #37563Hi,
after entering your token and secret key, did you connect your website to the facebook application? That is the only way to make sure the token never expires (because your website will automatically regenerate it before it expires.)
Thanks

It tells me your access token is expired, expires: April 20, 2015, 3:04 pm
Please make sure you followed these instructions exactly: http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/social-importer-addon/#setup
Even entering the www. for step #7 will mean it will not work, the url must either have or not have the www. depending if your site uses it or not.
After making sure your app was setup correct then try refreshing you access token.
Let us know if you still have problems.
Thanks,
Stiofan

The first part for importing from facebook works for me as a subscriber now.
The second part, posting to facebook I am not sure what u are doing wrong, the exact error facebook is returning is “(#283) Requires extended permission: manage_pages”
When you are granting permission to the app u must let it manage ur pages or it will not work, you must also be signing up with the USER account that owns the page. I would try removing the app permissions from your user account and then authorising it again from the backend of GD making sure it asks for permission to manage pages.
If this does not work then i think the only way would be for you to give me temp access to your facebook account.
Let us know,
Thanks,
Stiofan
May 5, 2015 at 3:30 pm #38713This was a problem with the new facebook permissions, a new social importer has been released to fix this.
Once the new ver is installed please unauthorise the app from your facebook account and then try to refresh the access token from your backend.
Thanks,
Stiofan
