Hello –
I switched back to Supreme Directory after using Travel and there seems to be some issues including the featured images not showing up, and the free listing is showing contact details such as phone number.
Any help as always greatly appreciated.
Thank you 🙂
October 30, 2017 at 4:32 pm #403275the city images are not showing up as well..
October 30, 2017 at 9:16 pm #403315I managed to get a few of the images to load, not sure exactly what I’m doing other than changing the names but not all are working. I cannot figure out why the phone number and address are showing up when I only have “business hours” selected on the free plan.
October 30, 2017 at 10:47 pm #403356Hello!
Please check your custom fields and packages and re-save them.
Also be sure to flush your cache for your browser, too.
You can reply here with you WP Admin details if you would like us to take a look.
Thank you!

The problem is Jetpack. I disabled it and resaved the image with a listing and the image appeared.
GD Booster isn’t compatible with any other caching plugins.
GD Booster can also cache images with MaxCDN.

November 4, 2017 at 4:24 pm #404153p.s. Is there a way to add a pic to my account or does it just meant to stay blank? 😀
November 4, 2017 at 4:37 pm #404156Also is there a way to not show the address in the free option? It shows up in the sidebar.
An example is: https://www.vistahemp.com/places/los-angeles/online-medical-cards/
Thank you
November 4, 2017 at 4:44 pm #404157Hi Scott,
to add an image to your account, go to gravatar.com and create an account. That avatar will be used in all WordPress powered website.
It is not possible to hide the address for free listings only. You can only hide it for all.
Thanks

It looks like it all has to be re-inputted again? I hope not. It should save the information correct?
Sorry..I’m noticing all kinds of stuff I have questions about.
How does the customer upgrade their account after they create it free? Or if it goes to free then they want to re-upgrade again? I dont ee the options to choose a package other than when a new listing goes in?
Thank you again.
November 6, 2017 at 10:35 am #404285Hello!
You can add custom fields that the listing owner can edit. One way to do it is to add a field group, then image, then html area, then style that together.

Please check out the pricing manager for questions about the renewal process.

Those fields you mentioned should not be emptied upon expiry, no.
