    Hello –

Thank you for the custom fields answer.

So I’m guessing I set up the payment incorrectly. I’ll recheck it when i get home from work today to make sure I’ve done all the steps in the correct order?

    Thank you

    Hello!

Check the pricing package settings, and the overall package settings for the expiry process, too.

Let us know how it goes

    Hello –

Thank you for the information! I have reviewed the page regarding prices and payments and do not see anywhere that would indicate why some of the contact information ( phone, email, social, etc.) is disappearing when going from a paid package to free, then back to paid again. Can you or someone please look into this? If it’s a bug I would hate to try and figure that out. I wouldn’t know where to start.

Logans delivery is my example place so please feel free to experiment with that one, or any other actually. You can try it by adding a phone number one that doesn’t have one, then

    Thank you

that was supposed to end with “then ..changing packages and updating to see what I’m experiencing.

I made a test page which you can use too.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello!

We would be happy to take a look. Please create a private reply with the URL we should test and the Admin credentials.

You should also try disabling non-GD plugins to see if one of those is causing the problem.

    Let us know

Perfect. It makes sense now. Thank you very much again Alex and Paolo! I’ll search through the forums a bit more next time first.

Ok so I’m changing a few places to see what expires and how it shows up and it doesn’t really make sense yet, I apologize.

    1. The Hidden Bush: https://www.vistahemp.com/places/port-angeles-east/the-hidden-bush/ shows up with all address and social media and phone number, but this is the free package that should be just the business hours. Most of the listings in the free package shows this.

    2. I set both places of “Logans” https://www.vistahemp.com/places/carpinteria/logans-delivery/ and “Awesome test” https://www.vistahemp.com/places/santa-barbara/awesome-test-place/ to Unlimited for one day on 11/7/2017. I set logans to expire on 2017-11-08 with being alive for 0 days. I set Awesome to expire on 2017-11-08 with 1 day alive. Both are still on Unlimited with no change as of today and showing as two days over due in “Places” only.

    3. I read the thread above from Stiofan and ran the expire check in GD tools. It showed nothing.

Thank you for helping to explain this.

    Hello!

The Logan’s listing will never expire because it is set for ‘0’ Alive days which means ‘infinite’.

Try setting it for ‘1’ and letting the system expire and downgrade it.

    Alex –

The second part of number 2 in my previous thread states that I set your testing page “Awesome Test Page” to one day. It hasn’t expired yet and its been 2 days. It’s still in the same status and has not downgraded or expired yet.

I changed hosts about 2 months ago and transferred the site over after reinstalling GD. Could there be some parts that didn’t transfer over? Should I reinstall the site and start over?

    I’m pretty confused.
