Supreme Directory Questions

I already posted this earlier, but I think my post is lost. I tried to change something and now I can’t find it any more.

First of all, I hope I’m posting this in the correct section of the forum, but I have some questions about the supreme direcotry theme.

1. Home: I removed the “Popular Categories” section from the home page. I used the code I found in the FAQ. But now whenever I open the Advanced Search it disappears under the map.
2. Home: On the site you can search for places and for events. The search buttons for places are placed behind the search fields. The buttons for events are under the fields. I would like them both to be under the searchfield.
3. Details page: Claim: Is it possible to place the claim listing button in the sidebar or on the right side in the detail header (see image)
4. Details page: Claim: When a listing is claimed, it now shows the oweners name. Can I replace it with text? (owner approved listing) and put it in the same places as mentioned above.
