I noticed that any listing on my website using the supreme directory is always showing at the end of each listing a -1 (mysite.com/place/country/city/nameofplace-1 instead of just mysite.com/place/country/city/nameofplace) on the URL. I have 2 websites using the supreme directory theme and they both have the same problem with`the URL, but i do not have this problem on my whoop. Can anyone tell me why this is so? I have to fix this as it’s not right.

That is because you have a tag, or post or category or page that already uses that slug. So WordPress adds a “-1” to it, and then if need be a “-2” etc.
    See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/why-do-my-locations-get-a-1-at-the-end/

    Thanks
