Tags with geo filter

Hi,

I display all WP Cloud Tags in a sidebar, and I have 2 problems:

1. When filtered in a region or city, clicking on a tag ads a filter on top of the region (and not instead of the region filter). Can this be changed, so that a tag will just show all listings with this tag ?

2. When filtered in a region or city, all tags are displayed even though most of them will yield to empty as there are not entries with these tags in this region. Is it possible to display only the tags available with the current regional filter ?
