Text in claim listing box

    Hi,
    The listing claim operation works OK but when clicking ‘business owner’ and getting the details box open (after log in/sign up) there’s a text box which appears to be pre filled with ‘Hi I’m the business owner….’ – Owners click to send assuming default text is OK but error message is generated saying entry is needed which causes confusion as all boxes look complete. Can this be amended? Either to say type message here or default text to be recognised when no further message is needed?
