We’re following instructions from this page:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/

    Questions:

    1) the sample CSV to import listings has 27 columns. Which ones are required?
ID post_title post_author post_content post_category post_tags post_type post_status featured video street city region country zip latitude longitude neighbourhood neighbourhood_latitude neighbourhood_longitude timing contact email website twitter facebook post_images

    2) Where it says “Map all categories to category IDs.”, what exactly do you mean?

    3) post_author takes an ID. Should we create them before or leave blank?

    Thank you.

If you have any custom fields you should instead add a sample listing and when you fill the form, fill in the required fields. Then export the listing to see the proper CSV format and have a guide to required fields.

Of the fields you listed –

    Required
    post_title post_author post_content post_category post_type post_status street city region country zip latitude longitude

    Leave blank for new listings
    ID

    2. You will need to use the Category ID, the number assigned to each category. You can see the IDs in the WP Backend on the Places Categories page.

    3. Yes, post_author is required and needs a value. All listings can of course be assigned to as single author to begin with and reassigned later.
