Transfering an account to a client

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hey Guys,

    This account was actually created for a client and it’s going to expire on the 27th of April.

    I have 2 questions.

    1. What are the benefits of renewing?
    2. Can I transfer the account to the clients name so he can renew annually without going through me?

    Hi,

    renewing will give him access to support and updates (and new products).

    Let us know if you want to proceed transfering the account to your client, we will need his email address and new username and we will change it.
