polish has been submitted for 91% by another member who already got a membership for it.

Free membership are only provided for a full translation of the core plugin, or for the translation of all the add-ons.

In one of posts you seed that if translation is not completed that some one can complete it and will split subscription with other contributor. And how could he get membership if he didn’t complete it all?

Ok on top of that i completed translating every plugin except payment plug-in which is actually useless in Poland becose non of payment options in it are used in Poland.
